Pretty great intro to meditation for anyone who’s uh…stressed for some reason.
I’ve been finding all kinds of ways to process this insane time. Dinners with friends. Yoga. Self-massage. The meditation above. Also, singing in the shower. It’s nice. Most recently I belted the chorus of Fast Car (and mumbled through the verses). Send me your go-to shower song if you feel so inclined and I’ll see if it’s in my q-zone.
